  • to assist with event setup, manage timeline execution, and respond to any unexpected issues

• Emergency Kit:

  • Access to my event-day emergency kit, stocked with essentials like stain remover, scissors, sewing kit, lighters, tape, and more

• Point of contact:

  • I serve as the point of contact throughout the event for both vendors and guests
    with logistical questions or needs

• Vendor communication:

  • I act solely as an advisor and coordinator—you will select your vendors, and I will support the execution of your chosen services
