Let me help you execute your design plan and create a beautiful space for your celebration. Package Five is perfect if you already have decorations but need an extra set of hands on the big day!
What’s Included:
(Approx. 2 hours of service)
Pre-Wedding Consultation: We'll discuss your detailed vision, including where to place decorations, table settings, and other design elements.
Setup Execution:
I'll arrive prepared to set up your personal decor according to your plan (this could include ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception areas).
Placement of centerpieces, table numbers, signage, etc.
Basic floral placement (bouquets, small arrangements). I do not provide floral design services
Venue Coordination: I'll work with the venue staff to ensure they understand your setup instructions and can address any questions.
Important Notes:
Materials: You'll provide all decorations and a detailed plan for placement.
Time Commitment: Setup is typically completed within two hours. Additional time can be arranged at an hourly rate.
Investment:
Secure Your Date: A non-refundable deposit of half the package cost is required at booking.
Hourly Rate: If setup requires more than the included 2 hours, an additional fee of $75/hour will apply.
