We start by getting to know you, your vision, and your priorities. Think of me as your funnel – share all your ideas, and I'll help shape them into a cohesive plan!
Pre-Wedding Support:
Detailed Wedding Timeline Creation: We'll work together to create a schedule that ensures everything flows flawlessly and detailed Outlines of every part of your day (hair/makeup schedule, timeline, ceremony order of events, day of contact list, wedding budget, officiant scripting, etc).
Vendor Communication: I'll reach out to all of your vendors in the week leading up to the wedding, confirming timelines, logistics, and any last-minute details.
Day-of Coordination (Approx. 10 Hours):
Emergency kit and all the day-of essentials
Keeping your timeline on track
Point person for questions and issues
Communication and support for your vendors
Assistance with setup and decor
ABC Assistant:
