Set Up Assistance

What’s Included:

• Pre-Wedding Consultation: We'll discuss your detailed vision, including where to place decorations, table settings, and other design elements.

• Setup Execution:

  • I'll arrive prepared to set up your personal decor according to your plan (this could include ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception areas).

  • Placement of centerpieces, table numbers, signage, etc.

  • Basic floral placement (bouquets, small arrangements). I do not provide floral design services

• Venue Coordination: I'll work with the venue staff to ensure they understand your setup instructions and can address any questions.

Important Notes:

• Materials:  You'll provide all decorations and a detailed plan for placement.

• Time Commitment: Setup is typically completed within two hours. Additional time can be arranged at an hourly rate.
